• Background from real estate, hospitality, or customer-centric organizations with strong loyalty programs (e.g., aviation, retail, lifestyle brands).
• Proven ability to handle HNW or premium customer segments with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree. Excellent command over English language. Arabic and a third language will be a plus.
