We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join a financial services institution based in Dubai. The role involves managing and developing relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, originating and supporting conventional and Islamic finance solutions, and working closely with internal credit and risk teams to deliver compliant, well-structured outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients, acting as the primary point of contact
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, identifying lending and banking opportunities across conventional and Islamic finance structures
  • Originate and structure credit proposals in collaboration with Credit and Risk teams, including Shariah-compliant facilities where required
  • Prepare client reviews, proposals, and supporting documentation for internal approvals
  • Monitor client performance and risk, escalating issues where appropriate
  • Ensure all client activity complies with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and Shariah governance where applicable
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including Credit, Compliance, Operations, and Shariah teams
