Job description

Regional Sales Managers are responsible for managing the sales team and processes for all direct accounts in the allocated territory. The role involves leading regional strategies to achieve sales goals and budgets, as well as overseeing sales, marketing, and growth of JM’s FCC additives business.

Your responsibilities :

  1. Deliver sales, gross margin, and customer contribution for the sales territory.
  2. Develop strategies to maximize value for JM.
  3. Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders to create value and foster long-term partnerships.
  4. Provide technical and product advice to customers regarding FCC technology and additives to support their projects and investments, enhance efficiency, and improve performance of their production assets and processes.
  5. Identify and develop opportunities for introducing new products and services to refiner operations and process teams.
  6. Coordinate with Additives Technical Service to ensure superior product performance for customers.
  7. Share customer and market insights with relevant Catalyst Technologies teams to better understand market requirements and improve JM's offerings.

Requirements for the role :

  • Degree in a scientific/technical or business field or significant relevant experience.
  • Background in Petrochemicals and FCC Operations with knowledge of refinery processes.
  • Proven sales and technical sales experience, including complex negotiations.
  • Detailed understanding of technical product features within the Additives portfolio.
