• Previous experience in a similar management role (min. 5 years).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Maintaining relationships with key accounts in the Middle East.
• Leading all sales activities in the UAE for Construction Machinery.
• Supervising and coaching the sales team.
• Preparing strategic papers and identifying growth opportunities.
