The Regional Sales Director will lead enterprise sales across the UAE and neighbouring markets. This role will define sales strategy, manage senior sales teams, and drive pipeline development. A key responsibility will be building key account relationships and long-term contracts. The Director will also support pricing strategy, sales forecasting, and CRM discipline. The role will work closely with marketing and product teams to support growth.
The ideal candidate will have senior B2B sales leadership experience within services, platforms, or technology-driven businesses. Strong exposure to enterprise and government sales cycles is essential. Experience in the UAE or GCC markets is highly preferred.
