Key Responsibilities :

Financial Control & Reporting

Lead month-end closing and ensure timely, accurate reconciliations and reporting.

Oversee statutory reporting for regional entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Strengthen financial control frameworks and streamline operational processes.

Manage external audits across regional entities, driving timely resolution of findings.

Ensure compliance with internal governance, IFRS, and regional regulatory requirements.

Strategic Finance Leadership

Provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.

Review and interpret legal agreements to ensure alignment with accounting treatment.

Partner with FP&A and Finance Business Partners to align regional financials with business objectives.

Operational Excellence & Stakeholder Management

Drive continuous process improvements to support scalability and business transformation.

Mentor and support a growing finance team to build technical and leadership capability.

Influence senior stakeholders across multiple markets, providing trusted financial guidance.

Key Requirements

  • Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3–5 years post qualification experience in financial control, reporting, or audit, preferably within a multinational & multi-entity environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and regulatory compliance.
  • Able to work independently, influence senior decision-makers, and balance day-to-day reporting with involvement in high-level strategic projects.
  • Comes with a financial controller’s mindset — detail-oriented, technically strong, and committed to building robust controls.
