Job summary

A leading manufacturer of beverage machinery is looking for a Regional Field Service Engineer based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience specifically in blowing machines and automation systems. Responsibilities include installation, commissioning, and technical assistance for Sidel equipment. A degree in Mechatronics or Software Engineering is preferred. This role requires travel up to 90% internationally, focusing on customer satisfaction and training.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in field activities, particularly with blowing machines.
• Experience in the beverage industry, especially with Aseptic technology.
• Ability to travel up to 90% in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, start-up, commissioning, and testing of Sidel equipment.
• Provide technical assistance and training during and after warranty periods.
• Develop an understanding of customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
