Job Description
An experienced Recruitment Specialist will lead the sourcing, evaluating, and hiring of high‑caliber talent to support the organization’s growth objectives. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, continuously improve the recruiting process, and anticipate future workforce needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high‑caliber talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and desired profiles.
  • Source and screen applicants using various recruitment tools and methods.
  • Conduct in‑depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
  • Create job postings and advertisements to reach a wide audience.
  • Maintain and update detailed candidate records and recruitment metrics.
  • Coordinate and oversee the entire interview and selection process.
  • Facilitate offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Build and nurture relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all recruiting policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Provide coaching and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Continuously improve recruiting strategies based on feedback and industry developments.
Requirements
