About Urban Bricks

Urban Bricks is a dynamic, British-run real estate start-up on a mission to redefine the Dubai property market. We’re expanding fast and looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to build, lead, and scale our growing team of high performing real estate professionals.


What You’ll Do


  • Design and execute a full recruitment strategy for agents and key support roles.

  • Manage the entire hiring lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.

  • Partner with leadership & Recruiter to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment with business growth.

  • Create an exceptional candidate experience and promote our vibrant employer brand.


What We’re Looking For


  • Proven track record as a Recruitment Manager or Senior Recruiter in the Real Estate Industry.

  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify top talent. Reed Recruiter is an advantage

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.

  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and thrive in a start-up culture.
