Job Title: Recruiter – Real Estate

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to join our growing real estate company in Dubai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company’s sales, leasing, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate or a related industry, strong networking skills, and a proven ability to match the right talent with the right roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and industry events.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with department head to define hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting its values and opportunities in the job market.
  • Support in onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure smooth integration.
Requirements
  • Proven 1 year experience as a recruiter, preferably within the Dubai real estate industry.
  • Preferred language English / Arabic.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and its talent requirements.
  • Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dubizzle, etc.).
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
