Recreation & Fitness Supervisor

What will you be doing

• Creating the ultimate journey to relaxation for our guests
• Recognize arrivals of all VIP guests arriving in both the spa and recreational areas and hotel
• Know all aspects of recreation fitness & wellness and recreation facilities in person and over the telephone
• Capable of performing professional technical pre-consultation so that he/she is able to recommend suitable treatments in accordance to the treatment protocols taught per the clients needs and concerns
• Schedule of all colleagues in all department of Recreation & Wellness and ensure smooth operation of the reception
• The Recreation Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Director of recreation & Entertainment and the team to operational excellence while understanding and executing the short- and long-term goals established by the Director of Recreation & Entertainment

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and computer skills
• Previous experience in a hotel is an asset or similar setup
• Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team
• To lead and inspire the team towards creating the ultimate journey towards relaxation
• Excellent understanding of water safety in general
