Job Summary

This role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression for our clients and supporting our sales efforts in a high-end real estate development environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer-facing roles, with experience in hospitality or luxury sales environments, and a strong desire to grow professionally in the real estate development sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet clients and visitors as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Assist in managing client expectations, answering questions, and providing information about our real estate projects and services.
  • Be prepared to present project details and features to clients, demonstrating a solid understanding of the development and its offerings.
  • Take orders for and prepare beverages (e.g., coffee, tea, water, etc.) for clients, ensuring an attentive and hospitable experience.
  • Coordinate appointments and manage the reception area to ensure smooth client flow and effective communication with the sales team.
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales is a plus, particularly in customer‑facing or luxury environments.
  • Proven experience as a hostess, or similar role, in high‑end restaurants, luxury car showrooms, or other premium customer service environments.
  • Motivated by the desire to grow professionally within the real estate development industry, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends (2 / 2), including Saturdays and Sundays, as part of the regular schedule.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools
