Role Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company, managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
  • Provide general support to the administrative and HR teams
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service/front desk role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
