About Your Team

Our team is dedicated to creating a professional, welcoming environment for every visitor and colleague. As the first point of contact, we ensure smooth communication, efficient coordination of meetings, and seamless office operations. Your Role

As a Receptionist, you will

  • Act as first point of contact for visitors
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Answer the main site switchboard, transferring calls in a professional manner
  • Sort and distribute mail – postal, fax mail and e-mail
  • Book meeting rooms ensuring that the room is set up appropriately, refreshments are provided and after the meeting the room is cleared ready for the next meeting
  • Support the meetings where required by taking notes or typing minutes
  • Perform general office tasks including filing, record keeping and data entry.
