Responsibilities

• Bring own portfolio of clients (buyers/sellers/investors) and independently close deals.
• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions including property tours, negotiations, documentation, and closing.

• Stay informed on market trends, new launches, pricing strategies, and legal regulations in Dubai real estate.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of Dubai real estate experience with a proven track record.
• Strong personal client database (buyers, sellers, landlords).
• RERA certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
• Self-motivated, presentable, and results-driven.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or other languages are a plus).
