Job summary

A healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified professional to perform radiographic procedures vital for the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant bachelor's degree, have at least two years of experience, and possess strong communication and client service skills. This role involves ensuring patient safety, maintaining records, and providing guidance to patients. Preference will be given to candidates in line with the UAE Emiratization Program.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Diagnostic ultrasound or Sonography.
• At least 2 years relevant experience in the field of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine radiographic / ultrasound procedures within set guidelines.
• Provide professional guidance, care and support to patients.
• Maintain patient records according to policy and statutory requirements.
• Ensure patient safety principles and practices are complied with.

Skills

Verbal and written communication skills in English

Computer Literacy (Microsoft)

Client service principles and best practice

Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards

Education

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Diagnostic ultrasound or Sonography

Bachelor's degree in Radiography or Radiology Technology or Medical Imaging

Post primary certificate or diploma in Diagnostic Ultrasound
