  • Monitor project budgets and prepare monthly cost reports.
  • Assist in the preparation and negotiation of final accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with contract conditions and local regulations.
  • Liaise with project managers and contractors on contractual matters.
  • Provide cost advice on design or construction changes.
  • Maintain accurate records for audit and contractual purposes.
  • Support procurement activities including sub-contractor agreements.
  • Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.

  • Liaise with project managers design consultants and contractors on commercial and contractual matters.
  • Provide cost advice on potential design or construction changes during project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and contractual purposes.
  • Support procurement activities including sub-contractor agreements and supplier evaluations (as required).
  • Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or a related field
