A leading F&B company in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Quantity Surveyor responsible for preparing and standardizing Architectural BOQs and ensuring compliance with designs and specifications. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of experience in fit-out projects. Candidates must have strong skills in BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and proficiency in Excel. This position offers the opportunity to work with various teams for smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ UAE experience in fit‑out, retail, or F&B projects.
• Strong skills in BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and drawing review.
• Proficiency in Excel and understanding of Architectural materials and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and standardize Architectural BOQs for all brands.
• Maintain and update Rate Cards for fit‑out works.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate quantities.
• Obtain supplier/contractor quotations and prepare comparative analysis with PMs.
• Verify compliance between design, specifications, and actual quantities.
• Maintain QS documentation: BOQs, quotations, invoices, payment follow‑ups, and correspondence.
• Support Project Managers during tendering, award, and budget review stages.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, and Finance teams for smooth project execution.
