Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead problem-solving using tools like QLPA, A3, 8D, and QRQC.
  • Implement document control systems aligned with EQMS.
  • Monitor and improve First Time Quality (FTQ) and Cost of Non-Conformance (CONC).
  • Facilitate QRQC at line level and cross-functional reviews.
  • Conduct process control and internal audits (ISO compliance).
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.

As a Quality Process Engineer you will drive quality excellence across our manufacturing campus by implementing robust process controls leading problem-solving initiatives and ensuring compliance with Eatons quality systems. Your work will help sustain high product quality improve operational efficiency and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead problem-solving using tools like QLPA A3 8D and QRQC.
  • Implement and maintain document control systems aligned with EQMS.
  • Monitor and improve First Time Quality (FTQ) and Cost of Non-Conformance (CONC).
  • Facilitate QRQC at line level and cross-functional reviews.
  • Ensure deployment of EQMS and MHB standards.
  • Conduct process control and internal audits (ISO compliance).
  • Collaborate with teams to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Support new product introductions and process changes from a quality perspective.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Quality Mechanical Electrical Industrial or related).
  • 35 years of experience in quality or process engineering in manufacturing.
Skills
  • Srong knowledge of quality tools: QLPA 8D FMEA SPC control plans ISO 9001.
  • Experience with EQMS document control and QRQC methodology.
  • Familiarity with plastic injection molding and/or electrical component manufacturing (a plus).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel Minitab Power BI).
  • Excellent problem-solving communication and facilitation skills.
