We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Officer to join the real estate sector ensuring compliance with quality standards across all sales leasing project management and client service operations. The role involves monitoring and analyzing performance verifying data accuracy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor sales and leasing operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures.
  • Review contracts agreements (MOUs and A2As) and reports to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Evaluate the performance of sales and marketing teams and provide regular reports to management.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve operational efficiency and quality.
  • Analyze client and project data and provide actionable insights for process and service improvement.
  • Track and resolve client complaints effectively to prevent recurrence.
  • Contribute to the development of quality policies and procedures in line with real estate industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Real Estate or a related field.
  • Prior experience in Quality Assurance within the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards quality management systems and best practices in real estate.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with real estate management software (CRM) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
