A prominent construction firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to develop and maintain their Quality Management System across all construction projects. The role involves leading the quality team, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and managing inspections and audits. Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Quality Management.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role within the UAE or GCC construction market.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
• Oversee all site inspection activities and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with the QMS.
• Ensure accurate control of quality documentation and records.
• Lead and mentor the site Quality Control Inspectors and Quality Assurance engineers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client's quality representatives.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports and metrics.
• Conduct quality awareness and training sessions for site personnel.
