Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Dubai seeks a qualified professional to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of RTA’s transition to Quality 4.0. This role involves developing a maturity model, executing assessments, and managing change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in quality management and a strong command of international standards. Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in quality management/transformation, preferably in transport or public sector.
• Proven experience with Quality 4.0/Industry 4.0/5.0 concepts.
• Strong command of ISO 9001 and audit practices.

Responsibilities

• Own client engagement and governance across RTA sectors/agencies.
• Translate assessment findings into initiatives with clear KPIs.
• Manage project plans, risks, and reporting to steering committee.
