A leading contracting firm in Ras Al Khaimah seeks an experienced Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement of construction materials and services. The ideal candidate will have an MBA in Supply Chain Management and at least 3 years of experience in a construction environment. Key responsibilities include managing purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Knowledge of local suppliers and a valid UAE Driving License are essential for this role.
Manage procurement of construction materials, equipment, and subcontract services
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and agreements
Ensure timely delivery of materials for project schedules
Monitor costs and optimize purchasing budgets
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and finance teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and contract requirements
