Job Description
  • Indirect purchasing for all commodities for UAE, KSA and Oman
  • Supports daily activities and special projects
  • Provides seamless supply chain coordination with suppliers and internal business partners
  • Ensures project timeline is met and keeps the stake holders involved / updated
  • Participates in supplier meetings and takes meeting notes and derives project plan
  • Prepares the purchasing documents, quotation, PSM, SM process and final work on approval
  • Requests quotations from service providers
  • Follows the tender / RFQ process in line with the iBuy policy on indirect purchasing
  • Market research and source new suppliers if needed
  • Ensures documentation of purchase orders and contracts in line with the internal audit requirements
  • Other activities relevant to the purchasing area, as addressed by the purchasing supervisor
Qualifications
