The PRO ensures that the company meets all legal and regulatory requirements in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
  • Handle all PRO related responsibilities for 1000 employees, including renewal of legal documents for employees and the organization.
  • Process employee visas, labor permits, trade licenses and other legal documents required by government authorities.
  • Ensure the company meets all legal and regulatory requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with company-related tasks such as arranging business licenses, trade name registration and other government‑related activities.
  • Support management in other administrative tasks as required.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all UAE legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide advice on UAE labor law and government regulations to management and employees.
  • Liaise with government related PR activities performed by the organization.
Qualifications
  • Expert hands‑on computer skills.
  • Any degree with 8‑10 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good command over English and Arabic languages.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
