Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact with UAE government departments, including MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Dubai Economic Department, and other relevant authorities.
  • Manage all visa-related processes such as employment visas, residence visas, labor cards, Emirates IDs, medical tests, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
  • Handle company licensing, permits, and registrations, including renewals and amendments.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and government policies always.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding documentation for employees in collaboration with HR.
  • Maintain accurate records of all government-related documentation and deadlines.
  • Support audits, inspections, and official inquiries when required.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with government officials and service providers.
  • Stay up to date with changes in UAE laws and regulations and proactively advise management accordingly.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of relevant PRO experience managing medium to large-sized organizations (ideally 100+ employees).
  • Proven hands‑on experience with UAE government portals and procedures (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration processes, and corporate compliance requirements.
  • Arabic speaker preferred; proficiency in English is required.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship‑management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Non‑smoker is a must.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
