Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Promoter to drive perfume sales through exceptional customer engagement and product expertise. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, presentable, and skilled at building customer relationships while maintaining brand standards. This role offers the opportunity to represent premium fragrance brands and contribute to achieving ambitious sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Sales Promoter will be responsible for driving perfume sales through exceptional customer engagement and product expertise.

Key responsibilities:

• Actively promote perfume products to customers and generate sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of all perfume variants to confidently answer customer queries.
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed at all times (uniform, grooming, and display standards).
• Monitor stock availability, highlight Out-of-Stock (OOS) situations, and coordinate replenishment.
• Support in implementing Planograms, maintaining SOS (Share of Shelf), and MSL (Must Stock List) compliance.
• Engage customers with product sampling, trials, and demonstrations.
• Report daily sales, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct inside the store.
• Work closely with supervisors to support promotions, campaigns, and in-store events.

Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Sales Promoter/Beauty Advisor/Perfume Promoter preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet and exceed targets.
