Key Responsibilities: Cosmetics Sales Product Promotion & Customer Engagement
  • Promote a range of cosmetic products to customers in retail settings actively demonstrating key features and benefits to drive interest and conversion.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by adopting consultative selling techniques and identifying customer needs.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by providing knowledgeable advice answering product-related queries and ensuring all customers leave satisfied with their experience.
  • Maintain and merchandise displays in accordance with company guidelines for maximum visual appeal and stock availability.
  • Proactively engage with customers to build brand loyalty and communicate ongoing promotions events or new product launches.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to line managers contributing ideas for continuous improvement and product innovation.
