RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES TASKS AND AUTHORITIES):
- Demonstrable experience in delivering large projects with multiple teams and cross-disciplinary or multi-supplier involvement.
- Expert understanding of project management concepts, procedures, and application, with extensive knowledge in relevant disciplines.
- Ability to work with shared resources and offshore teams.
- Ensure reuse and best practices across projects.
- Plan, manage, and deliver complex long-term projects that significantly impact the client organization and deliver strategic benefits.
- Evaluate situations using multiple information sources; adapt planning and resources accordingly.
- Manage projects involving significant risk, applying appropriate project management methods.
- Deliver projects within service levels and financial targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Recognized as a key supplier for client or internal business benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at executive levels.
- Channel resources effectively, identify change impacts, and manage risks and relationships.
- Seek innovative ways to expand project scope and manage costs.
