Antons Recruitment Agency seeks an experienced Project Manager with a B. Sc in Architecture to oversee architectural model making projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, resource management, budgeting, and ensuring quality, while leading a team and communicating with stakeholders. Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in the industry and be ready for immediate employment in the UAE.

Job description

  • Project Planning : Responsible for preparing layouts, mood boards, developing project plans,including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. This involvescollaborating with clients, production team, and other stakeholders to understand theirrequirements and establish project goals. Develop project schedules and ensure that theyare adhered to the deadlines. This involves setting project milestones, monitoring progress,and addressing any schedule deviations to ensure timely project completion.
  • Resource Management : Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure the smoothexecution of projects. This includes coordinating with the production team, ensuringavailability of materials and equipment, and assigning tasks to team members.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control : Accountable for creating and managing project budgets. Thisinvolves in implementing cost control measures to reduce waste of materials.
  • Risk Management : Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to resolve. Thisincludes assessing project risks, developing contingency plans, and monitoring risksthroughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Communication : As a project manager, must act as the primary point of contactfor all project-related communication. Need to maintain regular communication with clients,production team, and other stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensurethat everyone is aligned with project objectives.
  • Quality Assurance : Responsible for ensuring the quality of architectural models produced.This involves implementing quality control measures, conducting inspections, and ensuringthat models meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Team Leadership : Managing and leading the project / production team, assigning tasks,providing guidance and support, resolving conflicts, and motivating team members toachieve project goals.
  • Documentation and Reporting : Need to maintain accurate project documentation, includingprogress reports, meeting minutes, and change requests. These documents provide arecord of project activities and serve as a reference for future projects.

Requirements :

  • Education B. Sc Architect
  • Experience 3-5 years, working in Model Making industry is a plus and given firstpreference.
  • Candidate must be in U.A.E and ready to join immediately will be given first preference.
