Job Description

Reports To: Director of Supervision

Type: Full-time

Objective

To oversee the complete lifecycle of infrastructure projects by managing scope, time, budget, and quality. The Project Manager ensures alignment with client expectations, regulatory requirements, and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall project delivery, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and execution strategies.
  • Manage budget control, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly and bi-weekly reports.
  • Oversee site inspections, quality control, and health & safety adherence.
  • Interface with the client, contractor, and subcontractors on all key issues.
  • Review project progress against KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in engineering/construction management
  • 20+ years in project management
  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification
  • Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills

Competencies

  • Leadership and team-building skills.
