The candidate will manage multiple projects, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely completion while complying with local regulations. Ideal applicants will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, alongside 7-10 years of relevant experience in the UAE. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD is required, as well as fluency in English and Hindi.

• Minimum 7-10 years of proven experience in managing fitout/interior projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of fitout processes, materials, and local regulations.
• Fluent in English & Hindi.
