Overview
The Project Manager – Fit Out will plan, manage, and deliver interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of interior fit-out projects, from design development to final handover.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Oversee site execution ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and design standards.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure smooth project progress.
- Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Conduct project meetings, issue progress reports, and maintain client communication.
- Control project risks, variations, and claims while ensuring contractual compliance.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects with strict adherence to cost and quality parameters.
- Mentor, guide, and supervise project engineers, site staff, and supervisors.

Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 8–10 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out project management.
- Proven track record of handling commercial, retail, hospitality, or office fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction practices, and UAE authority regulations.
- UAE Driving License – Mandatory.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and other project tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
