Job summary

A leading contracting company is seeking an experienced Project Manager for their projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and have proven experience managing civil projects in the oil and gas sector. Responsibilities include developing project plans, leading teams, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. Candidates with a Professional Engineering license or PMP certification will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil projects within the oil and gas sector.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Our client is a leading contracting companydevoted to oil & gas industry services of camp construction, civil construction, steel structure installation, and infrastructure construction for roads & bridges, and buildings are looking for experienced Project Manager for their projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, considering scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, including civil engineers, contractors, and other specialists.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Monitor project progress against milestones and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure all civil engineering activities adhere to industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil projects within the oil and gas sector.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil and infrastructure engineering principles, construction methods, and industry regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
