Job summary

A leading architectural and engineering consultancy in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Design Team. This full-time role entails setting project timelines, monitoring deliverables, and managing both the design coordination and client relationships. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of total experience, with a strong focus on hospitality and residential projects, and at least 3 years in the UAE. A relevant Bachelor's degree in architecture is required, and PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience; 5 years in Hospitality and Residential projects; 3 years in UAE.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

This is a full‑time role in Dubai office for a Project Manager as part of the Design Team. The Project Manager will be responsible for setting Project Timeline, monitoring Project deliverables, Updating relevant stakeholders on the project progress, Design Management and coordination, Contract administration and Client Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in total; 5 years' experience on Hospitality and Residential projects; 3 years' experience in UAE
• PMP is a plus
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in the field of architecture
