Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager to join our Digital Experience team and lead the successful delivery of high-impact digital projects. You will be responsible for planning, communication, risk management, and quality assurance, ensuring delivery is consistently on time, within scope, and on budget. As the single point of contact for both internal teams and client stakeholders, you will ensure projects run seamlessly from initiation through launch and beyond. This position reports directly to the Project Director.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects (websites, mobile apps).
- Translate client vision into actionable project roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans.
- Act as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring proactive and transparent communication.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities early, with clear mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (UX, design, content, development, QA) to ensure smooth execution.
- Implement and improve best-practice methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Track and report project status, KPIs, budgets, and progress to leadership.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years managing digital design and development projects (agency or product environment).
- Proven track record of delivering multi-disciplinary projects across UX, design, content, and QA.
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and client expectations at scale.
Platform & Process Expertise
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Strong documentation skills (Scopes, RAID logs, budgets, timelines, acceptance criteria).
