Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the UAE and work onsite at a client location in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT project and service delivery management, handling large-scale digital transformation and government programs while managing cross-functional, distributed technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT project and service delivery, ensuring scope, quality timelines, and budgets are met.
• Manage programs and projects using both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Coordinate and manage large, distributed technical teams across multiple functions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Drive governance, risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting.
• Oversee system integration initiatives and ensure alignment with technical architecture.
• Ensure compliance with client, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project / Service Delivery Management.
• Strong expertise in Delivery Management, Service Delivery, Program / Project Management.
• Proven experience managing large, distributed technical teams.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills.

Technical & Architecture Skills

• Strong background in System Integration, Middleware, API Integration, and Microservices.
• Experience with Low-Code platforms (OutSystems preferred).
• Solid working knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP.NET, REST Services, SharePoint, MS SQL Server.
• Experience in BPM / Business Process Modeling (ARIS preferred).
• Exposure to payment systems, POS, kiosks, or self‑service platforms is an added advantage.

Domain Experience (Highly Preferred)

• Government / Smart Government / Public Sector projects.
• Large-scale Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with Police, Courts, Immigration, Identity, Finance, or Municipal systems.
