Responsibilities
  • Coordination with all consultants, ensuring a unified response to the developer’s vision, program, and standards.
  • Managing the approval process with government and utility authorities, supported by the inhouse Stakeholder & Approvals Coordinator.
  • Leading regular progress meetings with consultants to maintain synergy throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engagement with the procurement & development teams to align design outputs with budget, schedule, and phasing requirements.
  • Engage with Delivery team ensuring alignment with the deliverables and logistics plan.
  • Track deliverables, submissions, and key milestones to report progress.
  • Support the Design Manager in facilitating value engineering and risk reviews.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Education and Typical Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in infrastructure design, with a strong understanding of design principles & project management.
  • Proficiency in power point presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Supervision Received: Regional Managers, Department Managers
- Supervision Given: Project Engineers, project support staff
- Internal Contacts: All employees on project; other disciplines and departments
- External Contacts: Clients, Subconsultants, Subcontractors, Government Agencies
