Overview

Lead and manage engineering for offshore topside facilities projects, ensuring technical integrity and project alignment, requiring extensive oil and gas experience.

Manage project activities, coordinate with design teams, provide engineering support, and ensure compliance with technical specifications for LV Switchgear projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and effective communication with clients and subcontractors.
• Manage high-rise and villa/civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with stakeholders, and enforcing safety standards.
• Lead engineering projects in piping, instrumentation, civil, mechanical, electrical, and MEp disciplines as indicated, with strong project management and leadership requirements.
• Coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule, providing technical guidance, and maintaining safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain project tracking, support planning, initiate requests for quotations, coordinate material delivery, and manage documentation for Oil and Gas and construction projects.
• Coordinate project activities, develop documentation, manage budgets, facilitate meetings, and liaise with vendors and local authorities as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (as applicable).
• Project management skills with experience in oil and gas (including ADNOC/EPC where stated) and familiarity with multiple engineering disciplines.
• Strong communication, leadership, and ability to coordinate with stakeholders; proficiency in project management software and common industry tools.
