Project Engineer - (Electrical / Plumbing / HVAC)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer (AC, PL & EL) to oversee and manage all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in our construction projects. The role involves design review, coordination, site supervision, progress tracking, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

1. Project Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors for MEP-related project components.
• Review and understand design drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Plan MEP activities and integrate them into the overall project schedule.

2. Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of:
• AC (HVAC) systems: ducting, chilled water systems, VRF units, AHUs, FCUs.
• Plumbing systems: water supply, drainage, sewage, rainwater systems.
• Electrical systems: LV panels, cabling, lighting, power distribution, grounding.
• Ensure proper execution as per approved drawings and standards.

3. Quality Control & Safety

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Monitor contractor workmanship and adherence to standards.
• Ensure timely resolution of any non-conformities or technical issues.
