We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Project Coordinator to join our dynamic project management team in Al AIn United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various projects by providing administrative and coordination support to project managers and team members.

  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project managers
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Schedule and organize meetings, conference calls, and other project-related events
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Monitor project progress and report status updates to stakeholders
  • Manage and update project management software to track project milestones and deadlines
  • Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact project success
  • Support the procurement process for project-related materials and services
  • Assist in the preparation of project deliverables and ensure quality standards are met
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • 1 + years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
