Job Role

A dedicated startup is being formed to industrialize and scale a secure, AI-enabled, multi-source decision-support software offering. The platform is a multi-sensor fusion and agentic AI solution connecting to diverse data sources (for example geospatial layers, imagery, video, and other operational signals). This role will support the delivery of a scalable product and contribute to establishing the processes, standards, and collaboration practices required for sustainable growth.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain delivery trackers: sprint plan, release calendar, RAID, decision log, dependency map
  • Coordinate ceremonies and key meetings: agendas, minutes, action follow-up, and status packs
  • Collect weekly updates from engineering, GIS, and AI teams; publish execution dashboards
  • Track recruiting milestones per role: JD ready, JD published, interview scheduled, security clearance, offer shared, offer accepted, joining date set
  • Support PR and PO tracking inputs and follow-up with stakeholders when required
  • Support contract and SOW coordination: document routing, version control, and action follow-up with Legal and Procurement
  • Coordinate partner and vendor touchpoints and maintain shared action registers
  • Maintain documentation hygiene across repositories (folders, naming, approvals)
  • Operate in startup mode: proactive, hands-on, adaptable, comfortable pivoting with changing priorities
Qualifications and Experience
  • 1 to 4 years in project coordination, PMO, delivery operations, or engineering operations
  • Experience supporting software teams is a strong plus
