• Proactively communicate with hosts, operations staff, stage managers, and other roles to accurately understand their needs and challenges, and assist in resolving collaboration friction.
• Efficiently organize project meetings, clearly document meeting conclusions, and actively follow up on task implementation.
• Assist the lead in developing detailed live‑streaming project schedules, track progress, and provide feedback.
• Participate in fostering a positive, collaborative team atmosphere and effectively boost team morale.
