A leading automotive corporation is looking for a Program Quality Engineer in Dubai. The successful applicant will serve as a central point for quality in all phases of the program lifecycle, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure high-quality standards. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5 years of relevant experience, along with strong analytical and communication skills. This onsite role offers the chance to impact major product programs significantly.
Work Arrangement:
Onsite: This role is categorized as on-site. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to General Motors Middle East Academy full time.
The Program Quality Engineer serves as the central point of contact for all quality-related matters for a defined program across the full lifecycle from early development through manufacturing and into the field. This role works cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and field teams to ensure segment-leading quality performance and customer satisfaction. The Program Quality Engineer will lead early issue identification and resolution, drive robust launch execution and provide clear data-driven insights to senior Quality and Program leadership. This position offers the opportunity to influence major product programs and to shape global quality planning processes and standards.
