Job description

An innovative Program Manager with superior analytical and planning abilities and preferred experience in Supply Chain / Logistics. Must have knowledge and experience in direct to customer fulfillment operations as well as excellent technical problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  1. Launching new programs to accelerate speed (Dark Store SSD Direct customer deliveries, etc).
  2. Setting up the network and Transportation configurations (NDC Fulfillment experience (FX) charters across all emerging markets).
  3. Program managing the launch of new systems, tools, dashboards, and processes.
  4. Undertaking cost/speed improvement projects.
  5. Working with cross-functional/cross-country teams spanning finance, operations, 3PL, and tech to set up the processes for maintaining the Configurations and driving improvements in existing fulfillment.
  6. Directly responsible for senior leadership reviews on these programs.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 3 years of program or project management experience.
  2. 3 years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  3. 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
  4. Bachelor's degree.
  5. Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
  6. Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  7. 3 years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
  8. 3 years of driving process improvements experience.
  9. Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  10. Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
