Position Overview
Brinc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in managing our accelerator program tailored specifically for local farmers in the UAE. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and guiding 15 Emirati farmers, facilitating the development and implementation of customized solutions to enhance their production, sales, financial literacy, and overall support structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored accelerator programs for Emirati farmers to optimize their production processes, increase sales, and improve financial literacy.
- Collaborate with industry experts, mentors, and stakeholders to provide specialized support and guidance to farmers throughout the program.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track the progress of each farmer, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and networking events to enhance the skills and knowledge of participating farmers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for farmers, addressing their concerns, providing guidance, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the program.
- Work closely with government agencies and organizations to maximize access to subsidies, grants, and support programs for participating farmers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage program logistics, budgeting, and reporting requirements effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities, participant feedback, and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Program Manager role, specifically within the Middle East region.
- Fluent in Arabic (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills in English.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects or programs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including farmers, government officials, and industry experts.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as AirTable and Notion.
