Job Description
Valiant Harbor International is seeking a Program Analyst to support programmatic, business, and financial support in the execution of the Office of Naval Research (ONR) basic, applied, and advanced technology development programs. The position involves managing the government’s financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, with a focus on performance monitoring and expenditure benchmarks. The ideal candidate will possess a background in Department of Defense (DoD) or Navy enterprise financial systems and financial operations supporting R&D programs in a DoD/Navy setting.
Salary Range: $63,000-$70,000
