Job description

As our new Intern within the Operations department, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting the preparation of as-built plant drawings and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) for our manufacturing facility in Dubai.

You’ll work closely with our engineering and site management teams to capture accurate plant details, verify equipment installations, and develop technical documentation that reflects the current setup.

You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience working within an established industrial environment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply your technical learning in a live plant setting, supported by experienced engineers and mentors.

You’ll develop professional confidence, industry-relevant skills, and practical knowledge to support your academic and career goals.

Some of your key responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to verify existing equipment, pipelines, and instrumentation.
  • Prepare and update as-built plant layout drawings.
  • Draft and revise P&ID diagrams using engineering inputs and site observations.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and plant specifications.
  • Support engineers and supervisors with data collection and documentation.
  • Digitize hand-marked changes into CAD software.

What do I need to be successful in this role?
