Responsibilities

• Gain full technical knowledge of the GF portfolio and products and stay updated on industry regulations, certifications and innovations
• Serve as the internal go-to expert for product knowledge, specification, technicality, system design and selection
• Develop and deliver technical training programs for internal team, external customers (developers, contractors, consultants, distributors)
• On site visits and support on installation, best practices, solutions.
• Prepares and maintain training materials and manuals.
• Assist the sales team with client meetings, sales techniques and technical presentations.
