Renowned for innovation, quality, and customer-focused solutions, the company is seeking a Product Manager to drive growth and strengthen its specialized machinery and tools portfolio.

This role requires a blend of strategic planning, technical expertise, and market insight. The Product Manager will own the full lifecycle of the company's jewelry machinery and tools range-shaping strategy, building supplier partnerships, and enabling sales teams to deliver unmatched value to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute a clear product roadmap to strengthen market position and profitability.
• Market & Competitive Insights: Conduct in-depth market research, track trends, and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
• Supplier & Manufacturer Partnerships: Develop and manage strong global supplier relationships to ensure quality, innovation, and timely delivery.
• Sales & Technical Enablement: Support sales teams with product expertise, demos, presentations, and customer consultations.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee sourcing, pricing, launches, and phase-outs to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Training & Development: Deliver product training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams and clients.
• Customer Feedback & Improvement: Capture and integrate customer feedback to enhance usability, features, and after-sales support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (or related technical field).
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, technical sales, or industrial machinery (ideally jewelry manufacturing or precision equipment).
• Strong technical understanding of jewelry machinery and tools.
